Korean Barbecued Beef
Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef boneless top loin or sirloin steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 T sugar
- 2 T sesame oil (or vegetable)
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 3 medium green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped (1 t. minced)
- hot cooked rice
Directions
- Cut beef diagonally across grain into 1/8" slices.
- Mix remaining ingredients except rice in medium bowl. Stir in beef until well-coated. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Drain beef; discard marinade. Heat 10" skillet over medium heat. Cook beef in skillet 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown. Serve beef over rice.
