Grandma's Scalloped Corn

Time: 40 minutes Temp: 325 degrees

Ingredients:
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 T. butter
  • salt and pepper
Directions:

Beat egg. Add milk, corn, crackers, and season with salt and pepper. Pour into small baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake.
